Long range cordless phone

I’ve just bought a long range cordless from off the net, and I’m surprised at how well it works! I have a large property and my old phone would barely work out in the garden, but now I can go right down to my fence and still have perfect reception. The one I got is 5.8GHz, which is apparently much better for avoiding interference with Wi-Fi networks.
