I totally love pasta - but when I recently calculated how much I spend on fresh pasta every week (I buy the ‘good’ stuff) it was a bit of a shock. So for the equivalent of 2 weeks pasta allowance, I’ve bought a simple traditional pasta machine to make my own ravioli and agnolotti.
